More Information (if you need help deciding)

Covariates: Having a covariate means that you have an additional variable beyond your two variables of interest that you want to account for when measuring the relationship. For instance, if you wanted to know the relationship between height and weight, you could include gender as a covariate. In this case, your analysis would account for the effect of gender on the relationship between height and weight, and your analysis would better focus in on the relationship of interest

No Covariates: Select this option if you simply want to understand the relationship between two variables without accounting for any others.
